Author: Well I have now created two low hanging fruit blogs and completed two UAW projects for each of them. The first UAW project has completed it’s first 50 submissions and to my suprise the blog has already got 4 pages indexed in Google! Admittedly, these pages are the home page, contact us, about us and privacy policy pages and none of my other posts but it is a good start. I can’t see any backlinks to the blog yet in Google or Yahoo but it is very very early days.. Googlebot has been visiting as has Yahoo slurp but so far no actual visitors yet.
Today I will be finishing both blogs before moving onto the next three.
If you don’t mind me asking, but how exactly are you finding your niches? Are you using the brainstorm feature in MNF?
Also, are you targeting a main keyword phrase and then writing 10 posts related to it? So for example, if you were trying to get… “cheap beer glasses” ranked or something, would your articles be like “cheap beer glasses for sale, how to get cheap beer glasses, benefits of cheap beer glasses, etc.”?
Or would you target other phrases like “cheap wine glasses for sale, cheap cups, etc.”? Also, what’s your main goal with each site? To earn $5-10 a day with adsense?
It depends on the scope of the niche.. Some of the niches are so tight and narrow that I can only really create 2 or 3 posts on related keywords. Using your example of cheap beer glasses if my keyword research showed that cheap lager glasses or cheap tankards or discount yard glasses were worthy of a post then I would make a post on each one. All these would fit comfortably under the cheap beer glasses niche.
I do use the brainstorm feature but I also use my eyes and research amazon, froogle etc as well.

Did it get indexed after UAW submit the articles in the directory or before ?
In short, was it indexed as the result of UAW submission ?
