It is not often that I get excited about keyword tools but I have to make an exception with Micro niche finder from James J Jones. It is currently at version 4 and I purchased it recently and already have seen 2 updates so it is definitely a product built to last.
Anyway, I have created a video for you to see how I use it to uncover great adsense and affiliate niches. The video only touches on the functionality and I don’t even begin to show you how good it is at finding affiliate products to promote, google trends, LSI keywords e.t.c.. Take a look below and as a special gift to you I have included a link to a spreadsheet I compiled in 15 minutes containing category keywords and article keywords for the niche I uncover in the video. For anyone that uses these keywords, they will probably be able to create an adsense site capable of earning between $5 – $20 a day quite comfortably. This is just one tiny niche uncovered by micro niche finder so don’t worry there are thousands out there for you to find.
To download the list of keywords that I uncovered from using micro niche finder then please click the following link. Free Research Download!
To briefly explain, the spreadsheet contains the main theme, 5 categories/silos and the main keywords to use in your articles. Obviously you may need to create some better titles but just make sure you use those keyword phrases in those titles. Hi Stephen,
Wow. Very helpful, thank you. Seeing the spreadsheet and then seeing you use the Micro Niche tool to create it was very helpful to me. I am going to take a very close look at the Micro Niche tool. Thanks for the tip and the education.

Great post Steve!
I have an unrelated question though that I’ve been meaning to ask everytime I come to your site here…
I already use the ‘Share This’ plugin, but can you please tell me where to get the ‘Mail this post’ thing you are using?
Thank you.
Steve
Hi Steve,
Its called WP-email and you can find out about it at http://lesterchan.net/portfolio/programming/php/#wp-email This particular blog was created using Firepow which came with this and a whole host of other plugins.
Thanks for sharing the link to WP-email Steve!
I was wondering how your Stumbleupon button takes you directly to Stumbleupons “Thumbs Up” page…and it automatically puts the entire url of your post in it? I’m asking because my Stumbleupon button doesn’t take me to the same “Thumbs Up” page like yours does and mine doesn’t put the full url of my post. Instead it shows a url like this (below) which requires the user to have to copy and paste my url even though they have already left my site.
http://www.my-site.com&title=The+Article+Title
I used the WordPress code generated from their own site http://www.stumbleupon.com/buttons.php and put it exactly where I am supposed to in my single.php.
Thanks again.
Steve
P.S. Darn. I see I misspelled my url in my first post!
Hello Steve,
I allready own MNF and find it a very useful tool of course
But your tutorial really opened my eyes to possibilities I didn’t know yet.
Thanks for the education.
Much appreciated,
JanPaul
Great posts…Micronichefinder is not compatible with Mac any other suggestions? have been wanting to use this tool…
Hello Steve,
Another great post, congrats.
I have a question. See Google Adword tool (which Micro niche finder is also using to get monthly search volume) shows the monthly figure (that of the last month and a monthly average for the past year). For discount window blinds the average search volume is around 3,600 searches per month.
And if I assume around 25% conversion on that if you make it to the first result (top serp) on google search (for me in some cases its even lower than 25%), you will be getting 900 UVs from google per month or 30 UVs per day. So with a 10% CTR on these 30 UVs, you will get 3 clicks a day.
My question really is, How do you reach the 20 dollar mark than?
For a blog it might be possible, long tail keywords help alot. But what if I make a single pager site (static) around the keyword and manage to get it to the number 1 search result, still i doubt i’ll be able to get anywhere near 20dollars. What do I do in that case? How do I increase the number of keywords bringing people to my site?
Thanks in advance.
Your help is much appreciated.

Hi Lizzie,
I guess the obvious answer if you want to use micro niche finder itself is to get the Parallels software and a copy of windows on the Mac to run it.
As for alternative software for the Mac? I am not aware of any software that does exactly or even similar to Micro niche finder does unfortunately. The only one that I can think of is Themezoom but it is hugely expensive and is much more advanced than micro niche finder. It is designed more for SEO businesses anyway. If I think of any I will let you know.
Hi John,
You are right it would be very unlikely that you could get to $20 a day for just 1 keyword even if you were ranked number 1 on google. You need to be ranked for lots of keywords for that to happen. You not only need the big keywords but all the long tails as well. Just get as much content on your site as possible and get as many backlinks with your target keywords as anchor text as possible.
Hi Steve, the results that are organized in the Excel document are made automatically by the software or you should organize them manually?.
Hi George,
I compiled the spreadsheet manually.
Hey Steve, thanks for this info and video….a real eye opener. I’ve been doing all my keyword research manually to this point….effective but WAY too time consuming! I’ll be taking a closer look at this product.
Cheers,
Kevin
Just today I heard about Micro Niche Finder and now I so welcome your detailed and useful post giving me the ins and outs of how it really works.
I’m definitely getting this piece of software.
Thanks very much.
Hi Steve,
Great video, I am going to look back into Adsense thanks to you and I dug up my old copy of MNF.
I just wonder why do you filter to limit the ad cost? Don’t you want to maximise this to get the highest per click payout?
Cheers
Chris
